It's been so long that you've gone away,
but the pain of losing you is still so strong.
I still wonder to myself where are you,
and how are you?
Can you see me,
can you hear me?

Sweet memories I had with you still brings me to tears.
Remembering you cooking my favorite dish pricks my heart with sadness.
I know tears won't bring you back,
wishes won't bring you back either.
All I hope for is that my prayers reaches you.

So on this mother's day,
even though you're not here,
I sent to you a prayer and my love as a gift from me to you.
