CJ 7

Last Saturday I went to watch CJ 7. Here's what I have to say about the movie.. Blady damn nice!!!!! I give it 4 1/2 stars... Directed by this person below, the brilliant Stephen Chow, the story line was very entertaining. And as usual in every movie he makes, there's family moral value hidden in it. You just have to pay attention and you'll figure it out.

In the movie, Stephen Chow acts as a poor father trying hard to provide only the best for his son. His son on the other hand, has to cope with insults by his fellow friends and teachers just because he is poor. Here Stephen Chow is trying to show to viewers how poor people all around the world are treated by the society. He also wants to show that even poor people have dreams to succeed in life. Even though you are poor, you must never forget your moral values.

There's still someone out there who cares...

Wanting so much to be accepted by his fellow friends, Dicky (the son) begs his father to buy him the latest toy on the market. Off went his father to find a toy for his son, instead he found something extraordinary that would change their lives.

The father found this little cute furry thingy. Yes as you can see it has powers. What kind of powers I won't tell. You have to go watch it yourself. Just as a heads up, in this movie there are some spoofs from Stephen Chow's previous movies. Wonder if you can figure it out the spoofs come from which movie??? ;p Sounds interesting yet? Go catch the movie in the nearest cinema. A must see..

Malacca Trip: Part I

Hello all... Gong Xi Fa Chai!!! heheheh... Is everyone gaining weight yet??? Nah just joking.. I don't want anyone gaining weight... Neways, my post today is about my dear friend, Annabel's Malacca Trip. Actually she was just accompanying her friend down. Her friend is going to do her practical here in Malacca and she came early to hunt for house. So while her friend met up with another friend of theirs to go house hunting, I stole Annabel and brought her to stay over at my house and start my mission to feed her with Malaccan Food.. hehehhee...

First destination and food is the ever famous Hainanese Chicken Rice Balls situated at Jonker Walk. Its the best in Malacca. A small corner shop (didn't get a chance to snap a pic of the shop) is always pack with customers at lunchtime. They open at 10:00am til 2:00pm. Sometimes they finish by 1:00pm. Really selling like hot cakes.

Handsome Tauke in charge of chopping the chickens.

Shop always filled with customers from the moment they open til they close. There are still more customers lining up outside waiting for a place to sit. Crazy onot..

I knew we wouldn't get a sit so i decided to ta pau home.

Are you drooling yet??? ;p

After a delicious meal, we rested coz we both woke up too early. Later that evening, I brought Annabel to Jonker Walk again. But this time Jonker Walk really comes alive.

I thought of walking around Jonker Walk first but Annabel said that she was hungry. So I took her to the best place to eat Baba Laksa and Baba Cendol..

This is Nyonya Asam Laksa. Baba Laksa was sold out. The difference between these two is just that coconut milk is added into Baba Laksa.

Refreshing Nyonya Cendol. Just look at the coconut milk and gula melaka.. Yummy..

Annabel enjoying her food.

A quick snap of the shop before our next food hunt.

I asked Annabel does she still have room for dessert?? She said why not.. So what the heck lets stuff more food in her.. *evil grin* I suggested fried ice cream. She was like WHAT??!! FRIED ICE CREAM???!!! Yup that's right FRIED ICE CREAM. I told her come follow me and I'll show you.. On the way to find the fried ice cream stall, these are a few stall that we came across..

Bling bling Heaven. (Anna will be screaming when she sees this) ;p I will buy one for your birthday Na..

Want to have a tattoo but don't want to feel pain?? Here you can. Like the sign says, it last 7-21days. I've gotten one before and it does look like real tattoo. Many were fooled by my temporary tattoo.. heheheh..

One of the best chill out bar at Jonker Walk. Always full of people and all night live music.

We finally arrived at the fried ice cream stall..

See they really deep fry.. Now you believe??? heheheh cool eh..

Rainbow ice cream inside. Outer part hot but ice cream still cold and not melted.

We continued walking along Jonker Walk to see more stalls while enjoying our cool desserts. Here are more interesting things I managed to snap with my camera.

One of the old building. Untouched design. (but repainted with same original color)

I curi ambil gambar of this baby in front of me. Cannot resist. Hehehhe.. SO FAT!!

This Shit Szu puppy is for sale. RM880. Will you buy me???

The end of Jonker Walk.

Lets do a check list of what I had to do at Jonker Walk:
